Matthew, a Colorado native and University of Colorado at Denver 2001 graduate, has been providing transportation consulting services in Colorado since 1999. Originally a bridge and structural design engineer, Matthew moved into full interdisciplinary project management and construction management as his career progressed. He is a founding Principal at Theorem Design Group where he specializes in business development, project management, owner support services, and structural engineering.

Jeb Sloan

Jeb is a 2001 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with over 20 years of experience working on transportation projects. He has a diverse background that includes both roadway and drainage design. He has managed multidisciplinary projects and managed both roadway and drainage groups throughout his career. He is a founding Principal at Theorem Design Group where he specializes in project management, owner support services, roadway and drainage engineering. -
Caroline Draper

Caroline received her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in 2014. Her experience as a roadway engineer includes overseeing and preparing the comprehensive design and plans for state, county, and municipal transportation departments for highway and local roadway projects. She is a founding Principal of Theorem Design Group and specializes in project management, roadway design, multi-modal design, and asset management.
